How can I pay?

We take fraud very seriously so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer.
I am having technical issues
If you are having problems accessing our website, we suggest that you have the latest version of your operating system provider e.g. Windows, OSX etc
You can email us on info@urbanmist.co.uk if you’re still having problems and include as much detail as you can about the issue. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Where do you deliver to?
Our Uk delivery service includes England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales, together with the Channel Islands, IOM, IOW and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland.
Can I make changes to my order?
Once you have placed your order, it is not possible to amend any details as our warehouse team will have already started processing your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel it as we start processing your order as soon as we receive it.
My order has not arrived yet?
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please email us on info@urbanmist.co.uk using the contact us form and quote your order number. We will reply as soon as possibly and do our best to locate your parcel. If it cannot be found, we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
I have received a faulty item
Please contact us with the faulty item's name and number, order number and a description of the fault. We will get back to you and send you a replacement item as quickly as we can.
I have received an incorrect item in my order
Please contact us with the order number and the incorrect item's name and number. We will get back to you and try to resolve it for you s quickly as we can.
How do I return an item?
You can return any item to us within 14 days of receiving your original order. Please make sure you let us know your original order number, your details and whether you want a refund or to change it for another colour, size.

We recommend you post any returns to us using a carrier who can give you a "Certificate of Posting" as it's your responsibility until the parcel reaches us.
Have you received my returned items?
We will email you to let you know as soon as your return has been received and checked by our warehouse. If you haven't received an email within 10 working days of returning your items, contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please make sure you let us know your original order numberand which items you have returned when you contact us.
