Delivery

We currently not offer NEXT Day delivery.

UK Mainland Standard Deliveries are free for all orders.

We aim to deliver all mainland UK standard orders in 2-4 working days. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. Please note that the working days do not include Weekends or Bank Holidays. If you have not received your delivery within 5 working days, please contact our Customer Services department.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands and AB postcodes will take longer to arrive. We aim to deliver standard orders within 5 working days to Northern Ireland and 7 working days to the Highlands and Islands and AB postcodes. During busy periods, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery to Northern Ireland and 10 working days for delivery to the Highlands and Islands.

Returns

We hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your order, and make every effort to give you the best products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in the original condition (all tags attached, unworn, unwashed and free of defects) within 14 days of receiving your original order.

However, we reserve the right to not to exchange or refund if the item is visibly worn, intentionally damaged, marked, washed, smells of perfume, deodorant, smoke or washing powder.

Please make sure you let us know your original order number, your details and whether you want a refund or to change it for another colour, size. We recommend you post any returns to us using a carrier who can give you a "Certificate of Posting" as it's your responsibility until the parcel reaches us.
