Return Policy
Returns will generally fall into one of the following three categories:
Category 1) Unsatisfactory Garments
Urban Mist realizes that there are many reasons why a customer may be unhappy with their purchase.
If you have received an Urban Mist product that is what you ordered, and has no material defect, yet it just leaves you unsatisfied, Urban Mist offers a choice of either a store credit equal to the original price of the shirt (less shipping) or a refund to your credit card. Original shipping charges will not be refunded, and the customer is responsible for returning the product to Urban Mist.
Once you are certain you want to return your shirt for a refund or exchange, please see Return Rules (below) for full details about your options.
Category 2) Urban Mist Mistake
If the shirt you receive is not exactly what you ordered (example: wrong size, color, design etc...), Urban Mist will replace your purchase free of charge. You are responsible for shipping the product back to us; however, we will refund the original shipping charges to cover your expenses.
For all Urban Mist fulfillment mistakes, Urban Mist offers a choice of either a store credit equal to the original price of the shirt (less shipping) or a refund to your credit card.
The returned garment must be unwashed and unworn with the original tags attached, and be returned within 30 days of your delivery date. Upon receiving your garment, Urban Mist will inspect and verify the garment was not the item that you ordered. If the garment was the correct item that you ordered then Urban Mist will not honor a refund of the shipping costs that you paid to mail it back to us as this return will be considered a category 1 return

Category 3) Defective Garments
Every Urban Mist product is hand inspected before being shipped to our customers; however, there are times that a defect escapes notice during inspection. If you have received a garment that has a material defect, Urban Mist will replace your purchase free of charge. You are responsible for shipping the product back to us; however, we will refund the original shipping charges to cover your expenses.
If you are unsure whether your problem would be considered a material defect, please go to the Contact Us page and send us a note with a detailed description of the issue. (Make sure to include your original order number and choose "Return Request" as the subject. We will respond with full details about your options.

Return Rules
ALL the following requirements must be met for ALL returns. Failure to do so may result in a delay or refusal of your return.
Please Read Before Proceeding:
- All returns must include a completed copy of the Urban Mist Return Authorization email. To obtain your Return Authorization, you must go to our Contact Us page and fill out the form. Choose "Return Request" as the subject in order to obtain a Return Authorization form. Include as much detail as possible describing your reason for returning your Urban Mist product.
- A Return Authorization form will be emailed to the address provided with details regarding your return options as described above. You must fill out this Return Request form and email it back to Urban Mist at info@urbanmist.com. Urban Mist will subsequently provide you with a Return Authorization Number.
- All returned packages must include the Return Authorization Number and if available a printout of the original order confirmation.
