How to Place Your Order
Urban Mist only accepts online orders. Follow these simple steps to place your order:

Browse through our collection of great designs and double-click the design of your choice. You will be routed to a page that allows you to build the shirt you desire (style, color, size).

Using the drop down menus, select (in order) the shirt style, color, and size.

Once you have selected the desired shirt, enter the quantity of shirts (of that particular design, style, color, and size) and click the "Add to Cart" button. You will be routed to your shopping cart, which will contain the newly-added product(s).

At this point, you can either continue shopping, or click the "CHECKOUT" button to pay by major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB), and PayPal or you can click on "GOOGLE CHECKOUT" to pay through Google.

Enter your billing and shipping address and any coupons or discounts you may have.

Within a few minutes, you will receive an email from Urban Mist confirming your order. (If applicable, you may also receive a confirmation email from PayPal or Google.)
At any time while you are shopping, you can view the content of your Shopping Cart by clicking on the "Cart" image. From within your cart, you are able to modify quantities, remove, and view items. All prices are in US dollars ($).

Volume Discounts (Wholesale Orders)
Urban Mist offers wholesale volume discounts on orders of 50 or more shirts. Due to the custom nature of bulk orders, please use the
Contact Us page to send us an inquiry (select "Volume Discounts" as the subject). Be sure to provide as much information as possible concerning the nature and size of your prospective order and someone from Urban Mist will get in touch with you concerning your request.
Just like all of our products, wholesale orders will be custom made to your specifications. You are free to choose from all of our styles, sizes, colors, and designs to create your own assortment. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BUY IN "LOTS" like you do with most wholesalers!
Sales Tax
Urban Mist has operations within New York, and therefore is required to charge all customers with billing addresses in New York a sales tax. This tax will be automatically added to your bill, and you are able to view the total tax prior to confirming your order.
Order Status
You can find out your order status by using the
Contact Us form to send us an inquiry. Please make sure to include your order number for reference.
Minimum Order Quantity
There is NO minimum order quantity at Urban Mist. Every shirt is manufactured at the time it is ordered. We are proud to be able to offer our customers the ability to order just one shirt or thousands--all custom made to cater to your tastes.
Order Corrections
Urban Mist provides our customers with multiple layers of confirmation prior to approving your order. In the event that a mistake is discovered after the final order confirmation has been made, we will do everything we can to correct the order prior to shipment. Please go to the
Contact Us page and enter your order number and the details of what should be fixed.
There is, however, NO GUARANTEE that Urban Mist will be able to correct the error prior to the shirt being manufactured and/or shipped. The customer is ultimately responsible for all confirmed orders. SO PLEASE VERIFY THE STYLE, SIZE, AND COLOR of desired shirt.
Domestic Shipping
Urban Mist currently ships to all locations within the United States and can ship to PO Boxes.
Barring any unforeseen circumstances, your order should ship within 13 days of the purchase date. Please allow an additional 2-5 days for delivery. Within the United States, it is likely the shipment will arrive within 10 days of your order.
All packages are sent via
United States Postal Service(USPS). Please be sure that you can receive packages from the USPS or you may be required to pick up your order at your local Post Office.
Military Addresses
Urban Mist can ship directly to military addresses. Since the format for military addresses can vary, PLEASE verify the shipping address appears correct before finalizing your order. Remember, Urban Mist is NOT responsible for shipments once they have left our shipping center.
International Shipping
Currently there are no international shipping options. Urban Mist is in the process of enabling international shipping. Please sign up for Urban Mist's
Newsletter HERE to stay up-to-date on developments concerning international shipping and other exciting events.
Shipping costs are based on the quantity of items purchased. To determine your exact shipping charge, you must proceed to checkout within the Urban Mist Shopping Cart. Generally, shipping one (1) shirt is $4.95, two (2) shirts is $6.95, three (3) shirts is $8.95, four (4) shirts is $10.95, and five or more shirts is free.
Per-shirt shipping cost decreases as quantity purchased increases (see table below).

There are many circumstances that could delay your shipment. These items include, but are not limited to: holidays, back orders, payment problems, unrecognized or incorrect addresses, etc... We will do everything possible to ensure that there are no delays in delivering our product to the consumer; however, there are some items out of our control. If your shipment has been delayed due to garment unavailability, we will send an email to the address attached to the order informing you of your options.
Please note that we are not open on weekends and federal holidays which can also affect shipping times.
If your order has not arrived within 15 days, please send Urban Mist an information request via the
Contact Us page.
NOTE: Be sure to include your order number for reference. Urban Mist creates your product after order submission. This allows us to offer you many different varieties of products. This flexibility does, however, minimize our ability to provide over-night and other expeditious shipping options. At this time, all orders are shipped via USPS. No other shipping options are available.
We are confident that allowing our customers to order our designs on many different styles, colors, and sizes of shirts makes the additional few days well worth the wait.
If you would like to have a tracking code for your shipment, we will be happy to provide this to you. Please go to the
Contact Us page and submit a request asking for the shipment tracking number, and make sure to include your order number for reference. Then we will email you the shipment tracking code that you can use to track the shipment on the United States Postal Service web site. You can enter your tracking code to find out the status on either of these two web sites:1)

http://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htmIn situations where an incorrect shipping address has been provided with the order (and is not corrected prior to shipment), PROVIDED THE ENTIRE SHIPMENT IS RETURNED TO AND RECEIVED BY Urban Mist.
The customer needs to provide an updated "correct" address after the initial package delivery effort fails, and Urban Mist receives the return shipment, the customer will be charged a secondary delivery fee (based off the standard shipping rate) in addition to the initial shipping fee to allow for re-delivery of the order.
If it is determined that the customer provided Urban Mist with an incorrect shipping address, and the shipment is never returned to Urban Mist, NO REFUND WILL BE GRANTED.

Garments
Urban Mist prides itself on offering its customers a large selection of high quality garments. We know that there is more to a shirt than the design, and to that end, Urban Mist offers its customers the ability to choose from a wide variety of color and style combinations for every design. At Urban Mist, all of our shirts are made of the highest quality 100% cotton (except the men’s Hoodies & Sweatshirts which are a 90/10 cotton/poly blend). We also offer a wide variety of Organic styles and our printing process uses only clean & safe, water-based,
eco-friendly ink! All our garments are pre-shrunk and color fast; however, please allow for the fact that some shrinkage may occur (typically about half a size). Click here to learn more about how we are

Imaging Process
Thanks to recent breakthroughs in the Direct Printing industry, Urban Mist is able to offer its customers the finest image quality available. Advances in pre-treatment, ink quality, and dark-garment printing has made it possible to produce a product that is of the highest quality.
As a result of these new advances, and after extensive washing, stretching, and abrasion testing, Urban Mist has determined that its Direct Printing process results in images with the highest degree of clarity, vibrancy, and durability possible.
Quality Assurance
Urban Mist employs the very latest in shirt printing technology and backs its product 100%. Our process produces the highest quality and most durable images possible.
Simply put, we guarantee that our printing quality is the very best in the industry and that all our products will be 100% free of defects! If something's not right, we'll make it right.
Color Accuracy
Although Urban Mist has made every possible effort to accurately represent the colors of its images, due to variable display quality of computer monitors, it is impossible to guarantee the absolute accuracy of the image viewed on the web site. The resulting garment and graphic colors you receive should be very close to what you see on your screen. Please keep this in mind when selecting the color of shirt for the individual graphic, and try to resist combining like-colored images and shirts.
If for any reason you are unhappy with the resulting color combination, we will be happy to offer you an exchange,
but only if shirt is unwashed and unworn with the original tags attached. Please see the
FAQ Returns section for further details.
Washing Instructions
To ensure maximum durability and colorfastness, always wash your Urban Mist shirt inside-out in cold water without bleach. Air drying your shirts is recommended. If you tumble dry your garment, leave it inside-out and use a low setting on your dryer. If you must iron your Urban Mist shirt, take care to iron only on the reverse side of image, and never iron directly over the image.
SPECIAL NOTE: The Urban Mist printing process employs a pre-treatment that may be noticed on your new garment. The area surrounding the graphic printing (the exposed garment material) may appear slightly shiny or discolored. This pre-treatment residue is normal, and will be completely removed after the first wash.

The Shirt Club allows you to automatically send a shirt to your loved one as he(she) grows up. The shirts can be sent monthly (12 shirts), bi monthly (6 shirts) or quarterly (4 shirts). When you place your order please make sure to include the birth date of your loved one child/grandchild. Then as your loved one grows up we will mail them the correct sized age appropriate shirt on the scheduled date with a special message from you.
In each product category you will see an image that says "Join the shirt club"; just click on this image in any of the product categories and you will be taken to a page where you can join the Shirt Club.
1) Make sure the billing address entered in the Shopping Cart EXACTLY matches the billing address associated with the Credit Card you are using.
2) Make sure that you have entered data in all required fields of the Shopping Cart that are marked with an * asterisk symbol.
3) Use only "standard" computer characters in the Shopping Cart. Use of non-standard characters may result in the misinterpretation of your data.
4) Make sure that Cookies are enabled in your browser.
5) Make sure that Java Script is enabled in your browser.
6) The Internet Security program that you are using may be blocking something, so check the settings to make sure that www.urbanmist.com is an allowed site.
